Any good fish store, on line, hatchery. You may need to search for a place.

I believe they are called butterfly koi.
Search for that.
Mine came from a local garden center.
Some aquarium fish stores also carry them.
Check Pet Smart if you have one of those stores near you.
You won't get the real expensive breeds in those places, but they may have some pretty nice affordable ones.
There are serious breeders if your interested in some that are of highly respected strains. Look online if that's what you're interested in.
