Lotus Green Genie 6500 Filter - 18w UVC reviews / tips

Hi,

I am about to get my new pond up and running in next month and been looking at the Lotus Green Genie 6500 Filter - 18w UVC filter is this any good? my pond is around 1500Ltr only small i have mainly goldfish in pond about 15 or so any advice on what this filter is like. thanks

Can't help ya w/any info on that uv filter. I don't use a uv filter, no need IMO. Lots of plants and a good home made pond pot filter works well for me. Waste of money for me to keep having to replace uv lights.
