Since the 4th of July I have been working on my L shaped koi pond; finally this last weekend I was able to fill it & put the top blocks on.
It is 6 feet deep with a waterfall in the back and 2 spitting fountains, I LOVE it.

I haven't put fish in it yet, I am waiting for the city water to cycle through a little bit more, looking forward to putting some Koi in soon.

Very nice! You say it is 6' deep... do you mean to the top of the waterfall, or the pond is 4' deeper than the walls?

after I asked about the depth, it dawned on me that there was NO WAY it was only 2' deep and 7500 gallons LOL. Duh! Blonde moment for me! I love the design... so WHAT are the rest of your plans? Surrounding landscape, patio, water plants... LOL... yes, I am a demanding female and want to know more LOL.

I think I'd keep using that as a swim pool till the cooler weather sets in and forget the fish till next year
