Hello all. Looking for some advice on preventing a mink attack. Between my neighbor and I we lost roughly 20 koi this winter in NJ. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm so sorry for the loss or your and your neighbors koi 
I don't have personal experience with mink but have read they are relentless, not stopping till there are no fish left.
I've seen some experienced koi keepers who put up electric fencing ( both above and below ground ) to stop them, in addition to some type of physical barrier.
What is your pond like? Is it partially above ground, an unground liner pond etc?

Agree with the above - traps, fencing, etc etc etc. They are indeed relentless and coming hunters. We met a pond owner who’s frozen pond wad cleared of fish overnight by a mink.
