Hi guys. Any tips on how to get a monkey flower plant to start flowering again? It was doing great and then it kinda just fizzled out. We have had it for a month. We noticed the bottom leaves kind of turning brown so I picked them off. I also started deadheading the flowers and just decided to trim the stems too. I added fertilizer today as well. Is this just a normal stage of the plant?

Where do you live? I was curious about this plant. I noticed the info said it is suitable for zones 3-9 (I’m in zone 8). But it then went on to say that the plant will struggle in warm climates (in warm climates, does better in more shade).

I’m in zone 8. The leaves are getting even more brown now :(
