Mosquito eating non agressive fish?

I notice that a lot of the types of fish being recommended for mosquito control seem to be agressive towards their peers. I'm very forgetful and have a lot on my plate unfortunately, so monitoring aggression would be difficult. Are there any non agressive fish that would leave tadpoles alone and eat mosquitoes?

I purchased bluefin killifish to control mosquitoes because they were supposed to be safe for my frogs. They work well for mosquito control but ate the tales of ALL the tadpoles and they all died. Stick with mosquito dunks.
