My Female

I have reason to believe that this orange/black Koi is a female that's coming very close to spawning. The other fish have been following her around for a couple of days but still have not had any of the murky water/fish smell as of yet. I made one of those floating spawn mop style things and dropped it in. Hopefully she comes around and gets to work

Still nothing yet, but I'm checking in the late evenings and early mornings just as many have said on here.

pretty fish, you should have pretty babies. It looks plump, like maybe carrying eggs.

Hope you get some babies to hatch and I agree that fish will make some pretty ones.

Thanks. Still nothing yet, hope she's able to put a few eggs somewhere. I'm keeping a close eye on EVERYTHING. She's a bit bigger than she was in the picture that I posted. She was 3ft deep in the pic so when she surfaces to eat you can really tell her body shape
