So I had an idea since my new house has a banging back porch but a shitty back yard. Make bar on the porch, that is also a koi pond. I will update this thread as I go. Here are some beginning pictures.

I am still working on it, there is a 700gph pumping water up, and a gravity drain through 3 inch tube into the pitcher with filter media. I am thinking of how to do the bio part right now. maybe a bunch of lava rock in the middle?

a 55 gal drum cut to fit right underneath the pond...or a pressure filter would serve that setup well....like undertank canister filters for aquariums.
you might consider a glass inlay on the bar top to keep the drinks out of the pond!.. and some lights in the pond, so you can see whatever fish you put in there. you did a nice job on it tho..enjoy. what kind of fish are you putting in it?

That's wild and you did a great job on it. So you sit and have a drinky poo and watch the fishies and eat your chips and dips! Anybody gets tipsy they can't fall into the pond unless of course they get up and do a bar dance, lol!
