I keep it covered in the Winter and a shade sail over it in the Summer.
Bottom drains. skimmer. UV's and good filtration.

nicely done i gota get some shade for mine, i just thought of an idea what u think. I get a 10 gallon black water bucket and put it in the middle of my pond and make that my skippy filter and top it off with some plants and the water would just constantly over flow all around it and i could put some sort of colar around it so i would b like some sort of bell waterfall

it would b an easy fix i think, b/c we are moving and i wana keep my pond clear till we move i dont wana put a bunch of work and money in this pond im savin it till we move

2 years ago I gave the wife a notice if she didn't start swimming it would be a koi pond. I won!:icon_mrgreen:
