native green frog with fuzzy leg

Looks like it had an injury. Now there is fuzz uncompassing site where back leg is injured. Anything I can do for the guy?

Personally I would pass it on to a wildlife charity set up to handle creatures of the wild , I think most of the fish treatments we have will actually do your frog harm .
But you must act with speed as you dont know how long the frog has had this.
Fungus is spread by spores so any other frogs or fish in your pond may well come down with a fungal infection so this has to be acted on with speed.
Here in the UK frogs are acctually suffering a viral infction in South America frogs have also contracted a disease that is killing them off
As to the Status of frogs in the US I know not, but isnt it better to be safe and sound .
