ned new skimmer box to replace mini aqua

Hi all, I am looking into a new skimmer for my pond that I bought from someone. They put the skimmer plate on wrong and put holes in skimmer box and plate when they owned it. I don't want try to seal them and deal with leaks. Anyone have a mini skimmer they want to sell? The pond will hold 800-1000 gallons. Or could I make my own?

Thanks, I did go to craigslist and bought another used pond kit for $75!! So now I have 2 of everything!! My husband thinks I'm crazy but he doesn't realize how much it costs new. I might sell the extra liner, underlay and falls box in the future.....but then again I may want it when I expand

Oh darn!!! I just bought a whole nother used pond set up off craigslist for 75!! I would have like yours better as the aquascapes skimmer was 5" taller then my other and I had to dig more. Once I was done with my clay dig I swore I would never dig again Bright side I have a lot of line for stuff, a back up pump and check valve!!!
