need advise on koi food pls....

My pond temp has been 68-70 Degrees for couple of weeks now. Koi are happy and playful.
What summer food do you reccomend that is also color enhancing?

Are you looking for a specific brand name? My limited experience is high in protein. The experts will chime in soon with more appropriate advise.

A good quality high protien food is what I would recommend as well. there are many companies that make color enhancing foods that are good quality foods. But if proper diet and high protien foods are fed along with good water quality there really shouldn't be a need for color enhancing food.

Thank you...I know it needs to be high in protien. Didn't make myself clear. I wandered what
brand everyone else uses. Makes alot of sense about the color enhancing.

Last year I fed Blackwater, this year I ordered a new food from Dr. Foster & Smith. Haven't used it yet, our water temp isn't high enough yet.
