New gourami on quarantine

A Lil help my new gourami is on quarantine until he gets better. I want to know if this is from my Texas cichlids nipping the fins or a fungus. If fungus what kind and treatment? None of my other fish have the problem. Gourami has only been in pond a week.

Looks like a little of both actually. Nips opened up a pathway for fungus. Stress could be a factor as well. There are many treatments out there you can buy, but you can also use aquarium salt. You can google instructions for the salt treatment.
