HI everybody, I'm new the forum. Just wanted to drop line or two. I'm Farley new to the outdoor pond world. I'm about to make my moms pond a little bigger and after I'm going build a small one in my backyard. I have a couple of questions that will post in the proper forum. Welcome. This forum is a great place to learn and research what to do. It's good to do as much research as you can before you start. I recommend to keep your fish bioload very low when you install a new pond until it has a chance to "cycle". There is a lot of information on GPF about cycling a pond, but basically if you redo a pond it's like starting from scratch and you have to build up all the good bacteria again that eliminates fish waste.
