built new pond and want to know if i use established pond water from old tank to put in new tank (along with media), can i add it to new pond (going from established 100 g tank to 200g tank) and add 20% more water to new tank (all 70g+g of old tank water) plus 20% new water, would it keep from messing old water up? old water from 100g tank is established and perfect ....btw i have koi fish

As long as you test your water for ammonia, nitrites, PH and KH, and determine that the levels are safe before you put the fish in the new pond, you should be fine.
You need a mature biofilm in the new pond before it's ready for fish.
