New to scoping... Costia?

Good evening, I'm thinking this is Costia. Can someone with more scope experience confirm that or tell me I'm stupid?

Nice picture. No scope experience myself, just looking at others' pictures. Can you see the little tails? I have read Costia has these and look kind of like a comma. If not, perhaps Chilodonella which is similar?

Oops, forgot to mention, there are no symptoms behaviorally... except he's a tank right now and hanging out above the airstone, probably in lieu of rubbing against rocks. No clamped fins, eating fine, etc.

I can imagine some C shaped nuclei and suspect Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, ie Ich, but am no expert. Please see this article for pics and info.
