I did a DIY pond (about 700 gals) 5 years ago as a total pond newbie and have enjoyed it immensely. I have about 6 Koi..I may have lost track exactly. And 3 shebunkins. My dilemma is this: My husband and I are building a new house and if I do decide to have a pond it probably won't be for a few years. So I'd love to find an established "ponder" near me to sell my Koi to. I just can't stand the idea of leaving them with the new home owner who doesn't know a thing about how to care for them. I figured this may be a great place to re-home my pre-loved Koi. I'm located in northwest Indiana, USA...about 30 miles from Chicago, IL
