New Water Test

This is the latest test today. I saw one gold fish laying on it's side and thought it was dead but it wasn't.So i tested the water.
Not too sure what it means.

Looks like you have a bottle of nitrate test solution and nitrite test solution. That would explain the results on that. Ammonia looks good now as well as ph
