Nothing like cart before the horse...

So like I mentioned in my intro, I'm thinking of putting in a pond system, big enough for at least shubunkins if not koi... I don't have everything planned out yet, but was at the garden/pond centre the other day and started talking to the manager there. He had 2 Laguna Skimmer 5000 units at he was liquidating at 70% off... So I went back today and bought them... I figure even if I craigslisted them, I would break even if not make a few bucks if my overall project didn't need them! LOL!

But I do think these are good units from the research I've done previously and so far... anyone with working experience with these units? Any good?

Welcome to the forum. I am not familiar with these skimmers but I have had a savio one for 8 years now.
