Pond is 12x18x~4.5. Bog is 8x18x~1+. Planted with all manner of plants. from Black gamecock Iris, varegated celery, some sort of grassy thing, chamelion plant, "butterfly vine", pine trees, many other local volunteer plants, to poison ivy, blue eyed grass, etc. no room for more plants. Still have the "carpet algae". no green water. water is actually too clear. What can I do to get rid of the algae? I tried to brush it off, to no avail. It's hung in there like a hair in a biscuit.

Carpet algae is a good thing and it usually will grow even with a bog. I have it here and there. It does not really like my liner.
