Sitting in the house doing our taxes. Saw all the birds scatter, then the hawk flew in and landed on the feeder. While slowly moving to grab my camera, the second hawk flew in and landed on the deck. It then flew up to land on the feeder pole.

They could see me too easily through the windows to get real close, and reflections on the windows, but so neat to see. They did not get any birds, just sat there and looked for something to snack on.

Then this one flew in

Any movement got a check out by the hawks

This one joined the first on the feeder pole

When they fly they do a lot of calling.

They love it when the pond is open, snack on the frogs.

I hate hate hate taxes................takes me a few weeks just to get the book ready to be sent out, to our cpa.
I think the one on the left is a coopers hawk, the one on the right might be a broad winged hawk

Notice the I thinks! I am not the best at id'ing birds.

I hate taxes too. I do mine online using Turbo tax and it is still a pain trying to get all the stuff in order to put it in the boxes they ask you about. Not doing mine till it rains.

The birds are really cool to watch. I will try to view them on your cameras if I can figure out the ptz time deal.
