I would suggest going w/a fish that looks very pretty and kinda like koi. They are called Shubunkin goldfish. Won't out grow your pond, well unless you put too many in there. Your koi will grow too big to live in that size of pond eventually. Would hate to see you posting in here one day that your koi are starting to die and wondering why?

While I agree that Shubunkins would be a good choice for a pond of the OP's size, and that they do somewhat resemble koi... the image you posted is of actual koi, not goldfish.

Are they resilient, and can withstand winter months? Will frogs mess with them?

So far I'm happy with my koi, and no I don't wanna see them start dying either. I feel like they will do good if I get the greenhouse hooked up to pond. And I can always take out some put in my aquarium

If your pond is too small for koi, how will moving them to an aquarium be better? Please consider changing the species of fish to something more suitable for your pond size. While you may have great filtration, the fish will suffer in too small an environment

I gotcha. I will reconsider the fish later for sure. But I do really need ideas or direction on making the grow beds fill and drain to pond. I'm good with plumbing but I need to finish design.

And also, should I put a concrete slab in greenhouse?

Again appreciate suggestions. And plan / layout is not finished obviously. I'm no expert on anything, so I don't understand it myself yet. Lol! I dunno wat to do with the drain effect yet, rushing water or calm. I can grow water plants in section above pond. Do i want the drain plumbing from greenhouse, to go to raised exterior grow bed? Rock work is not done either. But much noted on species of fish.

If you want veggies year round in the green house then that is where your wetland filter or what ever your making for them to grow in . then the water drains back to the pond. and over and over
