Oxygenating Plants

Hi As anybody got any clue what this Oxygenating Plant is ?

if it floats on the surface but isnt growing up from the floor of the pond it isnt really an oxygenator. oxygenators grow submerged. if the plants above water level its giving the air axygen not the water.

Can these be used in a veggie filter should I say do you think the fish would benefit from them being plated in a veggie filter ?

yep..plants like hornwort, they are hungry and will grow quickly. them submerged and water hiacynths and lettuce as the floating plants and you'll have a winning veggy filter. you'll be selling off the overgrowth.

I have both and I think the water lettuce are better since they offer more shade. The roots are longer and filter more as well.
