    Koi Babies!!! I just picked up 4 more Koi today from the local Koi breeder but first I'll post pics of the first 4 I picked up in April (?) you may have seen them in the fishy pictures above. This was when I picked them up.

    These 4 where about 8" long when I got them.

    And here are the new additions I picked up today. They are about 5" long

    Total fish count as of today is:

    8 Koi (4, 8" & 4, 5")
    13 Large Comets (about 8" long)
    20-25 Comet babies from last year (now about 5" long) - I think I may need to find some homes for some of them.
    2 Hybrids that were added to my pond by aliens at some point last year :LOL:

    June 24th 2012 Pond Update.

    Plants are really taking off, the fish are happy and the pond is happy, I am happy. :)

    First I will post the updated yard photos:
    I try and get a pic from this angle every year since the original pic of the yard was from this same view. I like to see the change every year.

    Tonight we got our first rain in months. The yard came to life with color. As the sun began to set there was some amazing lighting and everything was still wet from the rain so I got some pictures.
