Phosphate removal...

I was looking up moving bed reactors and came across this webpage on phosphate removal via electric current:

I'd never thought of that before, but I guess if phosphate is a big problem, ponders could add it to their setups pretty easily.

Biologically, I guess I'd do it using duckweed removed periodically.

I will sometimes use GFO in a reactor for phosphate removal.
(rust, essentially)
Be careful you don't remove too much phosphate though. Phosphate is necessary for plant growth.
I prefer removing excess phosphate through plant harvesting.
