The lilies have come in pretty nicely. Now all I need is some night lilies so that I can actually see them. As it is, I have to take lunch and go home to see them.
Thanks! It's weird though. I can't get my water hyacinth or water lettuce to grow at ALL this year. It went crazy last year. My hyacinth was about 18" out of the water and this years is barely surviving.
My wh and lettuce never did well, I think the other plants keep the water too nutrient deprived, didn't even bother with it this summer. I was just out cleaning the camera lens, looked at the side of the pond, full sun and zero algae, no carpet, no green, no string. None
Water lilies are stealing your fish poo all to themselves Guy
Wonder if that's why mine wouldn't do well here when I tried them. I had tons of water lilies then all over the pond...............hmmmmmmmmmm :dunno:
