Hello! I have a small (130 gal) back yard pond with goldfish. I discovered I have a small Pickerel Frog that has taken up residence. I understand that they are poisonous and have tried to catch him to relocate him to a stream nearby with no success, he is way to quick! Any suggestions for what to do?

Thanks for any thoughts.

Put a net down in his favorite place that's on a rope or long pole when he goes back lift or pull

Or what might realy work is a bucket that has a swing top. That's a top just smaller than the bucket that's balanced just right and when something lands on it the top swivels dumping them in the bucket

I got him! He jumped out of the pond to escape and once on the patio I was able to catch him. He is now down the road in the stream. Thanks for the suggestions. I had the netting all ready but didn't need it. I hope that his buddies are not around but if they are that's what I'll use.
