I’m in 7b and Sweetgrass does very well . Tall, needs no soul. I have it in baskets . Does not get heavy

I love your idea of dragging it out with the truck,it's out and in the garbage can.I didn't ask anyone if they wanted that heavy plant to invade there pond.

I have a very heavy cattail plant,I like thats it's tall but wow is it heavy,every year we take it out and trim all the growth,roots.Going to take it out and throw it away,done lifting it out.Any other plants that are tall that don't get so heavy?
I have some cattails, but they need thinning each year. I also have pickers, parrot feather, and hardy water lilies. The water lilies also need thinning each year. They are taking over as much as the cattails.

I have some cattails, but they need thinning each year. I also have pickers, parrot feather, and hardy water lilies. The water lilies also need thinning each year. They are taking over as much as the cattails.
That was supposed to be pickeral, not pickers.
