Please,I need help!

If bought two sacks of ready mix cement,each is 40kg.
But i am not sure how much water to add?
Also don't want to use all at ones!

I am building a river,and i want to start with the waterfall.all will be plastic and cement.

Can anybody just tell me how much water to add too 1kg of the ready-mix sack!!!!!

Don't ask about instructions,cause there ain't any.

When i mix it , i pour the bag in my wheel barrel ,,,add about a gal of water and mix it with a shovel ,,,,then add a little more water and mix it more,,,
you want it to end up like a thick stew,,,,
if you want to use a half bag ,,,, just dont add as much water ,,
