I am going to re do my koi pond. Make it little bit bigger also i got large skimmer box with waterfall filter. With this skimmer box i am gonna use aquasurge 3000 gph its pretty strong and my pond is about 1600 galon. Also i wanna add bottom drain . But not thinking to running the drain pipe under the pond liner.
I just wonderin can i use the same pump the one in the skimmer box and take water from.the bottom.drain can pump sucks water from two 1 1/2 pipes and send it to the filter. Becauze i dont wanna run extra pump..is it possible?
