pond rebuild ideas

working on a budget, i need ideas for pond and landscape plants, bushes, ground cover. where the mound is will be a waterfall,skippy style. the boulders will be used,along with more i'll pick up in the spring. i live in zone 5/6 and where the 2 patio blocks are i plan on a 6x6 deck,maybe slightly larger. i want plants that i can float,and tuck in the rocks around the border. i really want to do this nice. i just hoper the picture slide show is enough to get some frugal imagination working.
