I have dammed a stream at the bottom of my garden,fitted with 4 inch soil pipe overflows,it has a liner fitted but my problem is its silting up as its fully open one end to the stream,I'm thinking of blocking it off completely and fitting an inlet pipe any ideas?
It does run off around the side so could use that as main flow.
