For days, my pregnant koi has stayed at the bottom of the pond. She won't even come up to eat. She doesn't move much. Luckily she's not on her side or belly-up.

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks.

Can you take a picture of the fish, it could be it is not pregnant.

Just a point of clarificaion: koi don't get "pregnant" - you mean she appears full of eggs I assume. Could be she's become egg-bound. Do you see any signs of spawning in the pond? How many fish do you have? How big is the pond?

No signs of spawning.
10 fish: 1 female, 6 males, 3 1-year old babies.
5,000 gallons with waterfall.
She is very big so she could be egg-bound. If so, what should I do?

Thanks.

It doesn't sound good. I'm not really sure what you can do for an egg-bound fish...

Maybe this will provide some help:
