Problem with my sticklebacks.

I have noticed that some of my sticklebacks have developed white lumps within their gills . Not lots of little white spots rather single white lumps . A couple have the same spots on their tails . I think my minnows are developing something similar . My other fish , carp , tench and orfe seem fine . Grateful for any advice on diagnosis or treatment. Photo attached

Hello, it’s hard to tell from the pictures, maybe due to account restrictions for size? Is it possible they are gill flukes?

Hi. Thanks for the replies , apologies for picture size . I will take some better close ups , and look into fill flukes in the meantime . Thanks, Nick
