Pump for a bog for a 150 gallon raised pond

So I made this 150 gallons raised pond and I'm about to make a bog. What pump do you advise to use. I am used to the Laguna semi solid pumps that go as low as 600 gph, but that seems like an over kill for this 150 gallon pond or am I wrong and 600 gph is perfect especially with high resistance down the line from the bog?

Does anyone know a nice semi-solid pump that does 400 gph or so?

Is your pond a stock tank? Could you send a picture? Do you have fish? It would really help if you send a diagram of your pond and the proposed bog, including the proposed size of the bog. There are plenty of choices for pumps but it depends if you are going to have fish or just a watergarden. Give us more information and we will help.

it has goldfish (including fancies) dojo loaches, darters and topminnows. Pictures attached.

This looks like a 400 gph pump with no prefilter pad. 400 gph is about right for a bog with my new 165 gallon pond. Too bad it's not a Laguna pump. I liked those.

Don't know anything about that brand, check ratings other places than amazon, I do that when buying something I will depend on.

Do a lot of reading on the pump. I just got a small pump for my window bogs. 15' head - 4' cord??? Instructions say do not put in water deeper than 2'!
