I had a beautiful stream and pond in NJ. After a few years the EPDM began to leak. Who knows from where but the water level dropped on a daily basis. So we tore it all up and replaced. Less than a year later, it leaked again. Again, how do you find the leak? Anyway we gave up, filled it in and ended up moving to GA. Now we are purchasing a new home and since the train seems to go by hourly, I'd like a pond and waterfall. I was contemplating a rigid pre-formed since I didn't like dealing with the 45mil EPDM, but then I came across this. See link below. I know everyone swears by EPDM, but the folds and wrinkles and potential for leaks keep me from wanting to use it. Where I will put the new pond won't be an area as rocky or have tree roots or possibly chipmunks, but we saw no sign of anything that could've caused a puncture each time we pulled the liner out.

Any one use something like this? Any feedback? Thanks.
