Question about turtles in my pond.

turtle's are really dirty and they will eat and nip at the fishs tails.
and they might puncture the liner its not a good idea to have them
but you can build just a turtle pond just for them,
i seen some onyou tube

I kept two mature red eared sliders for two years. They didn't damage my liner nor did they bother my fish. I understand that young sliders are primarily carnivorous and mature sliders primarily vegetarian... I got rid of the turtles because they ate nearly every water plant in site and all but killed my water lilies. And they poop like crazy. They were fun and interesting for a couple of seasons but they had to go..... Here is a photo of one that I happened to see laying her eggs.
