Ok now i got the bug. Too much wild life, I'm sitting here watching my nesting crackles literally attack the red tail hawk who sitting on top my telephone pole above the pond. they are not just dive bombing they are hitting the hawk and hovering while pecking and i believe using their feet. Now a pair of mallards just landed and the crackles aren't happy with the either. Time to blow the dust off the cameras

Has anyone ever had a bird fall so deeply in love with their house that it won't go away? We have a robin that circles our house all day long banging itself into the windows repeatedly. All. Day. Long. When he's not crashing into the windows he's perched, staring into the house. We call him Murder Robin.

We have some old copper lanterns on the garage and admittedly they need to be cleaned inside due to spiders etc. Well a tit mouse comes by all day and pecks at the glass trying to get the carcasses of the old bugs in the light. He's as regular as clock work.

We have a mockingbird that loves to perform opera on our roof……next to the chimney cap. Of course, the chimney acts as a megaphone…..

My daughter had a little sparrow that came to her house window everyday all day long off and on trying to get into the house pecking and flitting up and down. Think maybe it's the reflection of themselves they see and they want a mate or they want to fight off the intruder.
