Restarting UV Light

What water temperature is required for restarting UV Light? Still cold here in Virginia lots of rain and snow.....Can no longer see fish as water is dark, but all water tests are great. Cant find any info on the usual web sites but figure 10 days of 50 degree water should work. Any help is appreciated!

Started my UV this am and am looking forward to seeing my fish again!

I'll probably start mine around the first of March...we're getting another cold snap this week. Mine is inside a pressurized filter, so can't risk a hard freeze. Thinking of slipping a couple inside my Savio skimmer and then could just run the water fall if not too cold.

My pond water is very green with string algae. Our temps hit 57 yesterday and I saw one of my koi nibbling on the algae
