If you've ever used ROAR in a pond application , I'd like to hear about your experiences with it. Pictures would be nice, too. Thinking of using some on a small stream.

How easy is it to work with?

What did you use it for?

How natural does it REALLY look?

Downsides?

Durability?

Best "glues" to use?

Value (it does seem a little high $$, but was it worth the cost?)?

Any tips you want to share?

Any other ?? I didn't ask?

I use it on the sides of our ponds since they are both just big wood boxes. I used the pl roof cement to glue it down to the top rail and just folded it down into the water. It is hard to cut and pretty stiff. It does look very natural. Wear gloves when working with it . It's really rough and the edges are sharp. It is expensive but I think worth it for small applications. I used 3 rolls and wish I had ordered a couple more. Will get a picture of the one side of the pond where we used it on the outside but here is a pic of it used over the top rail.

Like that gator!! And thanks for the pic!

In the video [and in their pics] they make it look like you can form or mold it into shapes. Well, not totally, but they do imply that it can form more than just straight sides & edges. I will have a small stream [think "miniature"] coming off my new turtle-bog and using large, and/or a lot of rocks won't be practical. I can endure the cost, and it doesn't have to look 100% natural [the turtles won't notice :)], but hoping for a little bit of versatility and variety of shapes.

I have some in my stream, it does not really get an algae build up. Just looks more and more like rock bottom over time

Like the ice build up mrsclem. I have a huge chunk of ice right over the aerator in the pond, water bubbling away below it.

The Savio wasn't too bad but the ice on the stock tank totally enclosed the return pipe. Water was still flowing but the ice had half the pipe filled and stock tank was starting to freeze so got a garden hose running and melted it down.

The spray hit the net, loaded it with ice, but have a nice hole below it open and bubbling. Like a huge ice lid that is not shut
