Rtv Question!!

How long do you let your rtv cure for? I put some on yesterday around 2 pm. It is about 40 degrees and raining right now, 24 hrs later. This is why I ask, I am ready to fill this up, but don't want to kill my fish, again:yikesu:

Because if the low temps and moisture, I would wait another couple days then rinse first. The acedic acid coming from the RTV is what you smell.
