Salt the first named whale

We went on another whale watch and where lucky to see Salt and her calf. Salt is the first whale to be given a name instead of a number. She has been observed since the mid 70's. She has had 13 calves and many grandchildren and this year the calf's name is Epsom.

Very cool to be where you can watch whales all the time. That's why I 'm building a pond. It is practice, cuz eventually I will have a pond ig enough to keep my Beluga Whales. (well............................maybe not, but I want one)
