Savio Waterfall Biofilter leaking

Hairline cracks inside biofilter F100 above 2 of the 3 feet. Removed feet and noticed hard water stains indicating leaks. Read posts from 2014 about using gutter flex seal. Any newer forums or ideas to repair cracks instead of replacing biofilter?

I read on another forum once, a person welded plastic in their Savio skimmer crack and it worked.
