Hi! I have a pond down the side of my house (a bath tub like thing) and I’ve recently realised that there are long white worm looking things hanging at the bottom of my tub, almost earthworm like. Today I managed to scoop one out, it looked just like a completely normal earthworm, apart from it probably being malnourished and weird in colour / Color. I’m just wondering if this is just a normal worm that had fallen into my pond, although it was still alive after being pulled from the water and as I placed it next to the pond it was squriming back into the water almost as if it wanted to go back in? The worms also seem to swim around in the pond, well more like wiggle slowly around things but don’t seem like they were struggling for air. Just wondering if this is anything to worry about or just what kind of worm this is in general, thankyou!

@Lilz_
Yep worms fall in all the time and fish eat them eventually unless too big for their mouths.
