I have some Shubunkin that are very lazy and dieing. They will not eat. I have tested the water and all looks perfect. I have aerators, filters, and a waterfall all working properly. some of them are missing scales and their fins are fraying. Here are some pics . Any ideas?

I don't really know what's wrong with your fish, but I did feel kind of sad when you said they were "lazy" - haha. Maybe you meant they are lethargic? Not active?

Tell us more about your pond - how big? How many fish? What types of fish do you have in the pond? How long have they been in the pond? Have you changed anything recently? What kind of filtration are you using? You say your tests are "fine" - what exactly are the numbers? What are you testing for?

The more information you can share the more helpful responses you will get!

That tail is a bit more than frayed. It looks like it was torn off and frayed at the end. Are there other fish in with your shubunkins?

Also, what type of tests are you using, strips or liquid drop tests?
