Sick kio

So my largest white kio has been bloating up for the past month or so. Kio has a few large lumps. Is this dropsy, kidney disease or something else? Her back is now starting to arch. Eating, but not much.

Very sorry about the condition of your koi. Since the "bloating/ swelling" isn't symmetrical , I suspect a tumor of some type. I'd keep an eye on it and if it's spine continues to arch and it appears in pain, I'd humanely euthanize it This is only my opinion and I'm sure others will also chime in.
