Sick Koi 30 years old looks like tumour

I have an old koi which has two large lumps on main body behind the. head going. red underneath the scales. has isolated itself from others in shallow water All tests on water quality are very good do not know if can save it?

Sorry for you and your fish. Could it be koipox? I don't have koi, just goldfish. Hopefully someone can help you w/more info.

Your water is nearing acid levels at a 6 add baking soda immediately. Take a good 8oz mix it realy well in a five gallon bucket. And pour it around your pond avoiding the fish .water temp should be similar to your pond . Keep doing this untill you reach a pH ofb7.5 to 8 this will also bring you kh up which I bet it below 50 and you want 200
