all the recycle leads to weaker plastic and all things . pick up a plastic bottle and you can tell how weak it is or an aluminium can . look at tires on cars they dry rot

Dry as a bone here, too. They've had record flooding just an hour to the north and heavy rains an hour to the south. But us - nothing. I'm getting a bit tired of my watering routine!

I went grocery shopping and also got the wood to finish the porch spes on the shed and just made it home as thunder started and got the groceries unloaded but not the wood . It was a fast moving storm wind and rain and now they say another line of storms to hit soon > have to check to see if the roof is leaking . Insurance companies think it is the homeowners fault a brand new roof is leaking

Aww geeeeeeez! What a lot of work
I have help luckily. Going to take my UTV down there. Put a tarp in back, load the litter onto the tarp, drive it up to the new location.

Hope we stay warmish until done. Ie no sudden winter.

I see us warming up a bit today, so maybe that will head your way to help. Poor you

This might be too late but I assume it's the peacock on the bottom of the tub that's leaking. Could you slide a piece of 1x4 down through the gravel to some what plug the peacock stops gbthe gravel from.pouringnout. . Then just replace the o ring and add someteflon tape to the threads ?

I totally sealed the peacock, ie drain. A full tube of sealant, not even a drop of water can get through it.

Do you think the tub has the strength to hold the kitty litter, even with a liner. Kind of like when I see folks have their above ground swimming pool give way for various reasons.

It did for 14 years. Why the first one died I don't know. Never could find a crack , slit, hole, but it leaked.

Have my new lotus tank ready for the lotus move. And it is level on an unlevel pad.

The lotus are taking their time going dormant.

They will be on the concrete pad near the house. The lilies that were there will be in the old lotus tank. Both of tanks are being lined.

Not trusting them.
