Sludge and Decomposition - How to Speed Up

So my bottom drain is pulling sludge into my settlement container, as expected. I cleaned out the intake of the pump to get the flow back up.

I was wondering if there is a way to speed up the decomposition process so I can handle more.

I added mystery snails. My bottom seems clear of debris. The sludge is running through the pipe. Just wanted to know what I can do to get more.

Aeration is pretty good, but I might get a splitter to run some air directly into filters to add more aeration at all parts of the process.
