thanks sissy. i wondered about the color splash at first, but grew to like it pretty quick and yes it is the top part from a spikey solar light. the vision is to let the land around the water garden fill out and grow up to create an environment to create musical instruments that blend into nature, some played by wind and water. so a strong focus of the garden is art and music.
